Overview
Nobska Partners is a private investment firm founded to acquire and actively operate Northeast-based small to mid-sized privately-held businesses. Our focus is on continuity and long-term growth, while also providing liquidity to owners of these privately-held businesses. Our model enterprises are well-established, profitable companies specializing in business services, marketing services and health services with revenues up to $25 million.
Nobska Partners' strategy is to have an active management role in the companies we acquire. As owner-operators, Nobska Partners can concentrate on generating long-term value to employees, customers, investors and the community. For retiring owners, our active participation provides an option for them to realize the value of their ownership in the company and still maintain the business as a going concern for its most prized constituencies, namely, its employees, customers and vendors.
